1. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party informs the Court that there has already been an out of Court amicable settlement of the dispute.

2. In that view of the matter, the impugned order dated 3rd November, 2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.44 of 2015 is hereby set aside. The CRLMC is disposed of.

3. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. A copy of this order be communicated forthwith to the concerned Subordinate Court.
