The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the advertisement No.25 of 2021-22 under Annexure-10 issued by Odisha Public Service Commission for Odisha Civil Services Examination, 2021. It is contended that similar case bearing W.P.(C) No.12460 of 2016 filed by the State, against the order of State Administrative Tribunal, is pending before this Court. Thereby, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

4. The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
