Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as also on going through the materials as placed, as it is found that the Petitioner has been indicted for commission of offences, which are bailable in nature; this application being not entertained has accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer in the event cause of action so arises in future. 3.
