This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Perused the records.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that challenging the inaction of the authorities in not considering the payment of her individual EPF dues like EPF, EPF pension and other financial benefits as due and admissible in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time, the present writ application has been filed.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that highlighting her grievance, she has filed a comprehensive representation on 01.10.2021 before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Bhubaneswar. It is also stated that the same is

// 2 // pending as of now.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ application at the stage of admission directing the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the representation dated 01.10.2021 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this Court. The Opposite Party No.1 shall consider the representation of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
