Learned counsel for the Petitioner insists for a direction for disposal of the representation of the Petitioner at Annexure-3. 3.

Learned Additional Government Advocate for the O.Ps. objects that there is no power with the Collector to dispose of such representation.

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on merit of the case, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Collector, Jagatsinghpur to take a decision on the representation pending at his end by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order.
