Heard the submission of Mr.S.Das learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This CMP has been filed with innocuous prayer for targeting the C.S. No.1427 of 2018 at least by end of December 2020. For finding the targeting period is already over, this Court in the disposal of CMP observes in the event the Civil Suit No.1427 of 2018 is still pending and pleading is already completed and ready for trial, the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar shall do well in completing the aforesaid proceeding at least within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3.
