Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients are relations of the victim. PLA Case no.26 of 2018 is pending even though respondents therein, being the insurance company and vehicle owner, had filed their written statements on 28th November, 2018 and 13th April, 2018 respectively. He draws attention to para-5 in the petition, wherein following has been said. "5. That the said case is posted to 28.02.2022 for conciliation but due to accommodation for COVID 19 the advocate for OP No.1 will not come to Court."

He prays for direction upon the Permanent Lok Adalat (PLA) to expeditiously deal with the case.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. The PLA is requested to expeditiously deal with the case in causing conciliation and settlement.

The writ petition is disposed of.
