2. In this application, the petitioner has prayed for transfer of G.R Case No.103 of 2015 from the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Banapur to any other Court. 3.

This case has been filed in November, 2016 but has not been moved till date.

Mr. H.N. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the case. 5.

In view of the fact, there is no interim order passed in the case since 2016, the TRPCRL is deemed to have become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
