Petitioner, in this writ petition seeks for a direction to Tahasildar, Jaipatna-Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of Mutation Case No.1209 of 2020 at an early date. 3.
Mr. Mishra, learned ASC on instruction submits that taking into consideration the materials available on record and objection filed by one Abdul Muzafar, son of Abdul Gani and Sri Ramawatar Agrawal, son of late Chiranjilal Agrawal of village Jaipatna Mutation case No.1209 of 2020 has already been dropped in accordance with law vide order dated 20th January, 2022. A copy of such written instruction is supplied to the Court by Mr. Mishra, learned ASC, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

However, on perusal of record, it appears that the writ petition was filed on 15th February, 2022, i.e., after disposal of the Mutation Case No.1209 of 2020, i.e., 20th January, 2022 in which the Petitioner has apparently participated. 6.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition merits no consideration. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed. (K.R. Mohapatra) Judge s.s.satapathy
