Mr. B.P.Tripathy, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that the order of the tribunal has been complied with so far as grating promotion and preparation of gradation list vide Notification Nos.1620 dated 12.04.2022 and 1749 dated 20.04.2022 respectively.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, as the same has become infructuous, and accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of.
