Heard Mr. G.C. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Since on instruction, Mr. Nanda submits that the matter arising out of L.A. Case No.16 of 2010 has already been referred to the reference court under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 where the present petitioner has been arrayed as opposite party, Mr. Swain wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner. 3.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
