It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has expired in the meantime. Therefore, the CONTC has become infructuous.

The CONTC is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 4.

However, it is open for the legal heirs of the Petitioner to file a separate Contempt Petition if the order has not been implemented in the meantime by the authority.
