The present petitioner is stated to be the brother-in-law of the deceased.

It is fairly submitted at the Bar that, there is omnibus allegation of torture against all the family members and the cause of death of the deceased is owing to organ phosphorus poison. 5.

Charge Sheet in the case is stated to have been filed since long and the case is stated to be ready for trial. 6.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions, nature of allegation and factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, it is directed that, the petitioner shall surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai in G.R. Case No.361 of 2016 and on surrender

and motion of bail, he shall be released on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 7.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
