As per the order dated 02.08.2022, the learned counsel for the State has produced written instruction received from the Inspector in-charge of Kashinagar Police station, Gajapati dated 06.09.2022 which indicates that the petitioner died on 01.02.2021 and the wife of the petitioner told that neither she nor any of her family members are interested to continue the criminal revision petition filed by the petitioner. The written instruction is taken on record.
