Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, his client's application for being awarded retail outlet (RO) dealership had been terminated by impugned letter dated 14th December, 2021. Reason given was that his client's plot is not abutting road boundary. He submits, his client is in possession of the plots in front. The Tahasildar has also said so. 2.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate, Central Government Counsel appears on behalf of opposite party nos.1 to 5 and submits, petitioner has given title document in respect of offered plot, which does not abut road boundary.

Petitioner will make a representation to the oil company regarding his contention of possession had of plots not belonging to him, but in front of his plot. The oil company will consider the representation in terms of the advertisement, guidelines and rules, to dispose of it within three weeks of the representation made. 4.

The representation must be made within two weeks from date, failing which direction in paragraph 3 will stand vacated. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
