This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Since this case has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 01.12.2021 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Execution No.35 of 2019 arising out of C.R.P. No.208 of 2015 in which the learned trial Court has issued non-bailable warrant of arrest against the petitioner for realization of arrear maintenance dues, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
