Mr. Swarup, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has filed a complaint before the District Consumer Forum (CC No.47 of 2021). The complaint was regarding the bank continuing to deduct Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) from his client's account even though the loan stood repaid. The forum was not functioning since April, 2020 but it has resumed functioning for last two months. He prays direction for expeditious disposal by the forum.
