Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2021 in connection with Jeypore Town P.S. Case No.66 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.213 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore for the alleged commission of offence under Section 395 of IPC. 4.

Considering the submissions, materials on record, period of detention and the fact the other co-accused persons have already been released on bail including one of the co-accused as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 363 of 2022, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
