Perused the communication dated 12.12.2022 of the learned Ad hoc Addl. District & Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Special Court), Mayurbhanj, Baripada for extension of six months time for disposal of C.T. No.131 of 2018, inter alia, on the ground that the victim is avoiding to appear.

As prayed for, six months time for disposal of C.T. No.131 of 2018 is granted from this day.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to take effective steps for appearance of the victim.
