Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Keeping in view the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. It shall be open to the petitioners to renew their prayer if the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated and the delay is not attributable to them. 4.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
