This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No. 92 of 2020 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar.

Mr. Das, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner had earlier moved this Court in W.P.(C) No. 124 of 2021, which was disposed of on 7th January, 2021 with the following direction: "However, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar and in the event of filing of application by the petitioner, learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar shall do well to make endeavour to dispose of C.P. No. 33 of 2018 as well as C.P. No.92 of 2020 pending iin his Court as per seriatim as expeditiously as possible, if the same is ripe for hearing.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of."

Since this Court has already issued a direction in W.P.(C) No. 124 of 2021 (supra) for disposal of C.P. No. 92 of 2020 along with C.P. No. 33 of 2018 pending before learned Judge, Family

// 2 // Court, Keonjhar, no further direction can be issued in this writ petition. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the self-same prayer.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
