Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime trial has commenced and progressed, and the same is lingering only for examination of the Investigating Officer. 4.

Taking into account that the petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2020 and the stage of trial as submitted, learned court in seisin over the matter is called upon to conclude trial within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
