Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction for early disposal of Mutation Case No.18 of 2021 for correction of ROR under Annexure-4, which is stated to be pending before Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.
