Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to take all necessary arrangement for reimbursement the cost of damage compensation, caused due to the Super Cyclone FANI-2019 in respect to contract work for construction of 11 KV line, S/S & L.T. Line for P/S to community lift Irrigation Projects at Chaitalpur-I, Chaitalpur-II, Sheulakunda-I, Alishabindha-II & III under Balipatna Block of Khurda District. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.1-Principal Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Department of Agriculture & Farmer's Empowerment under Annexure-16, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Standing Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court,

without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-16 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
