2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the Executive Engineer (Electrical), Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of the representation, vide Annexure-3, within a stipulated period.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Executive Engineer (Electrical), Opposite Party No.2, to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and intimate the decision thereof to the Petitioner.
