Heard Mr. K.K.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Mr.K.K.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack has already issued N.B.W. against the accused person in connection with I.C.C. Case No. 178 of 2019 and case is posted to 5.5.2022 for production of the accused person. In such background, he does not want to press this application.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
