Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2.

Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below in compliance of the Courts' order dated 1st December, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite such a direction of this Court in CRLMC No. 459 of 2022, the petitioner could not comply it and surrender before the learned Court below in time and hence, extension is sought for.

For the reason stated therein, the I.A stands allowed. 5.

Consequently, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur in connection with G.R. Case No. 149 of 2021 on or before 19th May, 2023.

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
