Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2021 in connection with Marsaghai P.S. Case No.271 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1430 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara for the alleged commission of offence under Section 450 and 395 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act. 4.

Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, as also the fact that one of the co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 11359 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
