Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, as infructuous. However, if any cause of action still survives, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum, if it so advised in terms of agreement/DTCN so also in view of the order passed in W.P. (C) No.330 of 2013 and batch disposed of on 25.04.2018.
