1. Heard Mr. B.S. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

2. Present petition is directed against order dated 02.08.2021 of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhadrak in Crl. Revision No.33 of 2019 and the Petitioner is aggrieved upon the condition of depositing cash security of Rs.1,00,000/- for release of the vehicle.

3. The offences alleged are under Secs.379/411/34, I.P.C. on the allegation of transporting the stolen coal.

4. Upon hearing Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the StateOpposite Party and considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the condition to the extent of depositing cash security is converted to property security. Accordingly, the Petitioner has to furnish property security worth of Rs.3,00,000/- (rupees three lakhs).

5. With the aforesaid modification of the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhadrak dated 2.8.2021, the CRLMC is disposed of. It is made clear that all other conditions as per the revisional order of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhadrak remains unaltered.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
