1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 18.02.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.4805 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed a corrected cause title on 18.02.2022 and the same was brought on record, but not reflected in the order. Further, he submits that the differential arrear salary as claimed by the petitioner was not reflected in the said order.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the I.A. is allowed.

5. The new cause title filed today be substituted by replacing the old one. As submitted, reflect the sentence ''the differential arrear salary of the present petitioner be calculated for the period 07.07.2008 to 30.09.2013'' in the said order. The petitioner is

// 2 // directed to file representation as per the aforesaid order before the opposite party No.2. This order and the order dated 18.02.2022 shall be read as single one.

6. The I.A. is disposed of.
