1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has made a prayer for direction to the opposite party No.2- Regional Director of Education, Bhubaneswar to verify the service particulars of the petitioner and release Grant-In-Aid in his favour, as per the proposal submitted by the opposite party No.3-Governing Body of Maa Sarada Devi Mahavidyalaya, Kothar, in the district of Bhadrak.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the opposite party Nos.1 and 2 by filing fresh representations.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as submitted. In the event of filing of the representations by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of within a period of one month of production/ presentation of the representations by

// 2 // the opposite party Nos.1 and 2, failing which, this Court will view it seriously.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
