This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

The sole grievance of the present Petitioner in the present writ application is that although he is entitled to get gratuity, the same has not been sanctioned and disbursed in his favour. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner who is a retired Peon of Sahada Service Co-operative Society Ltd, Sahada has submitted a representation before the Administrator, of Sahada Service Co-operative Society Ltd on 09.04.2021. The said representation is pending as of now. The authority has not taken any action so far on the representation of the Petitioner as a result of which the poor petitioner is suffering.

Considering the limited the nature of grievance and keeping in view the plight of the poor peon this Court disposes of the writ

// 2 // application at the stage of admission with a direction to the Administrator, Sahada Service Co-operative Society Ltd. Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is further directed that the Opposite Party No.4 shall consider the representation of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
