This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that though Sorada P.S. Case No.04 dated 04.01.2021 was instituted against the petitioner, but on completion of investigation, final report has been submitted.

Since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the case, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
