This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Junagarh P.S. Case No.245 of 2018 and C.T. Case No.237 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Nyayadhikari -cum- J.M.F.C., Junagarh for alleged commission of offences under sections 420, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with

// 2 // section 20 of the Cigarette and other Tobacco Product Act, 2003 and sections 103/104 of Trade Mark Act, 1999.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case records submitted that notices as contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. have been served on the petitioners and they have complied with the terms of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with this case.

In view of such submission, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
