Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the provisional assessment order (electric bills). 3.

Since the Petitioner has a remedy under the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 to file objection before the Assessing Officer against the provisional assessment order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. 3.1 However, this order shall not preclude the Petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
