The present petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The husband, brother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased are stated to have been acquitted in the meantime after due trial. 4.

Regard being had to such facts and submission, the present ABLAPL is disposed of, directing the petitioner to surrender before learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar in C.T. Case No.213 of 2018 within fifteen

(15) days from today. If she surrenders and makes a motion for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
