Heard Mr. S.R. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for opposite parties 2 to 3 3.

In compliance to the order of this Court dated 22.02.2022, a memo has been filed by learned counsel for the opposite parties enclosing therein the re-revised provisional allotment list. The said list reveals that though the position of the petitioner has been upgraded from Sl. No. 16 to 9, but as per the choice and the revised merit position and his UR category, he has been given MKCG MCH, Berhampur as the allotted college to prosecute his study. The memo be kept on record. 4.

In view of such position, let the petitioner prosecute his study in the allotted college, as per the choice exercised by him. 5.
