This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. 3.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offence under Sections 420/483/486/467/471/120-B, I.P.C., Sections 63 & 65 of Copy right Act, 2012 and Sections 102,103 & 104 of Trade Marks Act, 1999. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that pursuant to the order dated 08.03.2022 the Petitioners have appeared before the I.O. and produced the relevant records. However, the learned counsel for the State submits that the Petitioners have not produced the entire documents. However, learned counsel for the State does not dispute to the fact that the Petitioners are appearing before the I.O. and cooperating with the investigation.

Considering such submission, nature of the allegation, gravity of the offence and facts of the case, although I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, however it is observed that, in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.948 of 2022 corresponding to Info City P.S. Case No.042 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case While imposing conditions for bail, learned Magistrate shall also impose the conditions whereby the Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation by appearing before the I.O. as and when required, and after completion of investigation they shall also appear before the learned trial court on each date of trial, without fail. Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail of the Petitioners.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
