This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack to take up RP Case No.661 of 2021 for admission. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one by impleading the State of Odisha as a party and stating as to whether an application for condonation of delay has been filed along with the RP Case. 4.

Granting such liberty the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
