This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:

"Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to direct the Opposite Parties to regularize the services of the Petitioners and to grant them all consequential service and financial benefits, as the said benefit has already been extended to the Junior Engineers appointed along with the petitioners from the same scheme within a stipulated period as deem fit and proper."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has represented before the Director Municipal Administration, Housing and Urban Development Department,

// 2 // Govt. of Odisha, Opposite Party No.2 dated 26.10.2021 (Annexure6), but no decision has been taken on such representation of the Petitioner.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 26.10.2021 (Annexure-6) within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Further it is directed that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
