This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 to take immediate action for payment of EPF dues like EPF, EPF pension and other benefits with interest and penal interest within a specific reasonable time.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that
// 2 // although the petitioner is legally entitled to get the said benefit from the Employees Provident Organisation, however, he has not been accepted such benefits till date. He further submits that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation highlighting his grievances on 27.10.2021 under Annexure-8 before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1 and the same is still pending before the said Opposite Party No.1 and that the said Opposite Party No.1 has not taken any decision on the said representation as of now.

Learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the grievance petition of the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time. 6.
Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, the limited nature of grievance involved in the present writ petition, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1-Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.10.2021 under Annexure-8 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve an extra copy of the writ petition on Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel
// 3 // appearing for the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 in course of the day. 8.
With the aforesaid direction/observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
