CORAM:

ORDER
11.08.2023 I.A. No.1507 of 2023 18.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).
2.
This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the condition No.IV imposed by this Court in 10th paragraph of order dated 19.05.2022. 3 .
By virtue of the condition No.IV, initially the Petitioner was directed to appear once in a week before the concerned Police Station. Thereafter, the same was modified vide order dated 20.09.2022 permitting the Petitioner to appear once in a month before the concerned Police Station.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, contended before this Court that pursuant to order passed by this
Court, the Petitioner was appearing sincerely before the concerned Police Station as has been directed by this Court. However, he further contended that in the meantime charge sheet has been filed and case has been committed for trial. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the condition to appear before the concerned Police Station be waived. 5.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties, on the other hand, has no objection to such a prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Accordingly, the condition No.IV imposed by this Court in 10th paragraph of order dated 19.05.2022 is hereby revoked.
6.
The rest part of the order dated 19.05.2022 remain intact. 7.
Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
