Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2020 in connection with Brahmani Tarang P.S. Case No.124 of 2020 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.530 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned P.O., Children's Court, Sundargarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 376(2)(1)(n) of IPC.

As directed, the court below has forwarded the copies of depositions of the witnesses including that of the victim. 5.

Considering the submissions, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and in particular the testimony of the victim recorded during trial, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose.

CRLA is accordingly disposed of.
