The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to fill up the form for appearing in 3rd Professional Part-I, 7th Semester, MBBS Examination, 2021-22. According to the petitioner, she has not been allowed to do so, because of non-payment of dues.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate authority, if she is so advised. 4.
