The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for settlement of a piece of Government land in Plot No.469 to an extent of Ac.1.45 decimals under Government Khata No.81 situated in Mouza Rampur under Jharsuguda Tahasil in the district of Jharsuguda over which he is residing since last 40 years.

In course of hearing, Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy for settlement of Government land. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
