It appears, the Petitioner has objection on the site selection for the purpose of bus stand in Basta Block. Learned counsel for Petitioner establishes through the documents that there is already sending of such objection to the competent authority through registered post.

It is keeping this in view, this Court directs, if the Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Cuttack-O.P.2 is already in receipt of such objection of the Petitioner, decision as appropriate shall be taken thereon involving the parties likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
