Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition; the order dated 27.06.2022 stands modified to the extent that the "1CC Case No.2539/2019", be substituted by "Khandagiri P.S. Case No.83 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1032 of 2022".

Necessary correction be carried out in the bail order. 6.

In view of the above correction, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the court below within three weeks from today. 7.
