Mr. Das, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, his client's writ petition [WP(C) no.10502 of 2019] was dismissed for default by order dated 14th February, 2022. He submits, his associates were suffering from COVID and he, having depended on them for information regarding listing and call of the case, missed it. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State while Mr. S. B. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Municipality and Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Trust. 3.
