1. It is stated that Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have expired. Accordingly, the criminal case against them would obviously abate.

2. As far as Petitioner Nos.3 and 4 are concerned, permitting them to urge all the pleas, raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
